John was first appointed to the board in 2007, and first elected in 2008. He has worked for City of Stockton Municipal Utilities Department, Construction Inspector, San Joaquin County Highway and Flood Control Departments, Senior Chief Petty Officer, U.S. Navy, 17 years Manteca Unified School District Board of Education.

Tri-Dam Project is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Tri-Dam Project
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
