Tulloch - Non HOA Lakefront Property Owners - Vessel Sticker Request
This request is exclusively for lakefront homeowners who are not associated with an Homeowners Association (HOA) .
If your property is within an HOA, please contact your HOA directly to obtain vessel stickers.
As of 5/29/2025:
Due to the current lack of public access to Tulloch Reservoir, Tri-Dam is pausing the issuance of vessel stickers. The Tuolumne County-operated campground boat launch is the sole designated public access point for motorized vessel launching on the reservoir. Until Tuolumne County reopens the boat launch, there is no authorized method for those requesting stickers to access the reservoir for launching a vessel. As such, sticker distribution will remain on hold until public access is restored.
While sticker distribution is paused, Tri-Dam continues to process and verify incoming requests so they are ready for issuance once public access becomes available. If we are unable to locate a verified Tri-Dam boat dock permit associated with your request, we will reach out for supporting documentation. Should that documentation not be readily available, Tri-Dam will provide a public records request form to allow for further review of historical records to determine whether your dock qualifies as grandfathered. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for processing once a public records request is submitted.
If you have previously submitted a sticker request, please note that the sticker will not be issued until public access is fully restored.
Tri-Dam is actively coordinating with Tuolumne County to support the reopening of the campground launch and remains committed to restoring access in a manner that ensures safety, compliance, and environmental protection. We understand how important this issue is to reservoir users and will continue to post updates at www.tridamproject.com as they become available.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time and respectfully remind all reservoir users that vessel launching is not permitted from unauthorized or non-designated access points while public access remains restricted.
