Shoreline Management Plan Revision 2026
Public Comment Period
Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to review the draft Tulloch Shoreline Management Plan (SMP) and provide feedback. Based on comments received regarding notification timing and to ensure interested parties have adequate opportunity to review the draft SMP and submit input, Tri-Dam is extending the stakeholder comment period through July 17, 2026.
We value stakeholder participation and want to provide sufficient time for all interested individuals, organizations, and homeowner associations to review the document and submit comments for consideration as part of the SMP review process.
Comments may be submitted by email to tmcknight@tridamproject.com and will be reviewed as part of the ongoing SMP evaluation process.
In addition to the SMP information already available on the Tri-Dam website, including the draft SMP documents and comment form, Tri-Dam is preparing a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section to address common questions and topics raised during the review period. The FAQ will be posted to this webpage later this week. We encourage interested parties to continue checking the website periodically for updates and additional information regarding the SMP review process.

Revision
Tri-Dam is currently conducting a review and update of the Tulloch Reservoir Shoreline Management Plan (SMP) in accordance with Article 411 of the Tulloch Hydroelectric Project license issued by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).

As part of the revision process, Tri-Dam is providing a 30-day public review and comment period for agencies, stakeholders, property owners, and interested members of the public to review the draft revised Shoreline Management Plan and submit comments for consideration prior to final submission to FERC. The review process is intended to provide transparency and allow for public input regarding the proposed revisions.
